Bear Valley Triathlon, Bear Valley (CA)

I decided to race the Bear Valley Triathlon in my quest to getting back to race shape. The race went well (despite being at over 7000 feet altitude). I led from start to finish and came away with the overall win. More importantly, my body felt OK and I am seeing some progress in my road back to normal.
If you have never been up in the Bear Valley area, I definitely recommend you check it out. I spent a very relaxing two days in the perfect quiet mountain setting. The race was put on my Mark and his team from On your Mark Events and the race was perfect from start all the way to the post-race BBQ. Thanks!
